Two websites I found to compare are WoW and Warhammer which are both online computer games.

Warhammer doesn't have much to show on their website but the website does have a 10-day free trial. It does have features that would explain more about the game like what it's about, gameplay, screenshots of the game, downloads, manage your account, all of these are the basic things most websites would have I would imagine. The text though for most of the page is somewhat dark and its more convenient to see brighter colors for text so its easier to read. It has a game description but you would have to click and read all of it to answer your own question about the game I'm assuming.

World of Warcraft has a lot to show on their website same basic foundation like Warhammer and other game websites but World of Warcraft(WoW) has some other features like as seeing what the type of armor you could use and acquire. Also you can see the people who play on a certain server, like if a friend plays on that specific server you can see everything about them. The text on their page is bright and well categorized with good font size and color. Also I like that they have a game guide which tells you everything there is to the game and what its like. Has many sub categories that you can go straight to, also they have news updates about whatever the topic is that has arose to their attention.

Overall I would say WoW has the better website because of how easy it is to find what you are looking for and whatever questions you may be wondering if you considered playing a online game.

Ad Analysis

Audience & Authorship
Authorship: This ad was made by Heineken International

Purpose: This ad was made to get the audience to purchase their beer. I believe the target audience are men like college students and older, to get them to have their fridge beer ready for occasions or personal enjoyment.

Economics: Heineken International I would think paid for this ad since its their best selling beer.

Impact: I would say anyone can benefit and be harmed by this ad. Everyone has the choice to do anything. I like seeing different types of ads I think it is pretty hilarious what companies will do to show their product.

Response: I wouldn't take any action toward this product because I am not of age to purchase it.

Messages & Meanings
Content: In my opinion when I see this I think of game night for guys or a party because...its a fridge full of beer.
*I say this message implies to have beer ready when you want it.
*This message doesn't show how much it would cost for a person to purchase that much.

Techniques: Not sure what specific technique is used but I think it tries to get the audience to remember great parties or other occasion with lots of beer consumption.

Interpretations: People I'm sure don't like Heineken and won't think much of it because they prefer a different beer.
* My interpretation for this is "wow" because I wouldn't ever do that when I have a fridge of my own. Too much space taken up and money.

Representations & Reality
Context: This was aired on TV in 2004 on shows like "Howard Stern","Married...With Children" , and "Blind Date."

Credibility: I would think its a fact that this is a good tasting lager beer since its one of the best selling in Europe.
*Credible towards the company for promoting it.
*The ad was about Heineken, which Heineken International paid for this all.

My first video

This video is showing the strongest sniper rifle. Long distance weapon that can take out targets with accuracy, moderate speed, and stopping power. 50 caliber rifle. I think this weapon is pretty damn amazing.
